Training is provided on equality and diversity to the majority of our staff which are open to our clients, supply chain and sub-contractors during certain events. In addition to this we attend seminars hosted by our clients to gain a greater understanding into the challenges they face on this subject.
All new employees are given a copy of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy as part of their induction, they are required to sign it after having read and understood it. We naturally give support and explanations to employees on statement or anything covered under that policy which is not understood.
