All employees undertake frequent training sessions in order to ensure that the service we deliver to our clients is second-to-none. We strongly believe in investing in our people and that is exactly why we have introduced our very own dedicated training centre and Personal Development Plans (PDPs).

We make it a priority to offer the very best training to our extensive team of operatives. We also carry out:

  • Monthly Health & Safety courses
  • Weekly toolbox talks
  • Regular safeguarding training
  • Housing Health and Safety Rating System training
  • Problem solving techniques based on any early warning requirements
  • Regular training on awareness and understanding of Local Space’s Social Value requirements
  • Frequent training on customer care covering equality/diversity/respect when working in people’s homes, vulnerable residents, children etc.
