- Housing Health and Safety Rating System training
- Problem solving techniques based on any early warning requirements
- Regular training on awareness and understanding of Local Space’s Social Value requirements
- Frequent training on customer care covering equality/diversity/respect when working in people’s homes, vulnerable residents, children etc.
