On Friday 21st September, MCP will be joining our nominated charity, Teens Unite, by taking part in ‘Go Purple and Green to Support a Teen’ fundraising day. This is to help to raise vital funding and awareness to support young people diagnosed with cancer.
To support this great day, MCP staff will be going purple and green and raising money in a number of ways including:
• We will be holding a cake sale, the theme being purple and green but all kinds of entries will be welcome.
• Office staff will wear an item of purple or green clothing
• Staff can donate a green £5 note or a purple £20 bank note.
More ideas will no doubt be put forward and every penny we raise will be helping Teens Unite to make a difference to young people who are suffering with or recovering from cancer so we are truly grateful for any support.
If you would like to join, or maybe help to raise money with your own ideas, take a look at the Teens Unite A-Z fundraising guide, which has lots of ideas when it comes to spreading the word and raising money for Teens Unite.
Together, we can unite more young people and rebuild their lives following a cancer diagnosis.
