MCP win Customer Commitment Award!


We are absolutely thrilled to announce that we have won the regional Chamber Business Award for Customer Commitment.

This award was given to us in recognition of the focus that we give to customer service and care, and because we were able to demonstrate excellence and commitment in the important area of customer service. The judges were looking for:

• A robust customer service strategy and evidence of how this is implemented
• Evidence of a strong business performance
• How customer care is tied into staff development plans and how this has driven business growth

As a key service provider to the social housing sector, customer service sits at the heart of everything that we do, not only from a business point of view, but because we know that quality services bring peace of mind to our customers and their residents.

Our entry outlined all of the value-led customer services that we deliver day in, day out, offering outstanding efficiency, reliability and value.

This award, on the heels of the ‘Family Business of the Year Award 2018’ given to MCP in June by Inspired Herts Awards, is yet another reason for celebration in this, our 40th year.

MCP will now go through to the national finals and the winners will be announced at the Chamber Business Awards Gala Dinner on Thursday 29th November at the Tobacco Dock, London. Fingers crossed!
