MCP win national award for Customer Commitment!


With enormous pride, we can announce that MCP has won the British Chamber of Commerce Business Award for Customer Commitment.

In September this year, we were awarded the Regional Award covering the East of England and the national winners from all UK regions were announced on Friday 29th November at a glittering event at the Tobacco Dock in London.

This award was given to us in recognition of the focus that we give to customer service and care, and because we were able to demonstrate excellence and commitment in the important area of customer service. The judges were looking for:

• A robust customer service strategy and evidence of how this is implemented
• Evidence of a strong business performance
• How customer care is tied into staff development plans and how this has driven business growth

Customer service excellence is of paramount importance and, as a key service provider to the social housing sector, customer service sits at the heart of everything that we do. This is because we know that quality services bring peace of mind to our customers and their residents.

This is our 4th Award this year, and as this year is also our 40th anniversary, it is certainly one that we will remember. See our other awards here.
